nnLast night, I waited in line for hours to see a movie I was quite hesitant to see. When I read Divergent by Veronica Roth, I was immediately sucked into the world and couldn’t wait to see how it all ended. (If you haven’t read the books, the end almost killed me, but it was still awesome.) Then, when I heard they were turning it into a movie, I became quite scared. I have been around for many of my favorite books being turned into movies and have been deeply disappointed. So I am sure you can see why I was so hesitant to sit down and give it a chance. But, my friend was bouncing up and down, begging and pleading me to go see it with her. What kind of friend would I be if I didn’t go.nnWell, without giving anything away, I will say that this was an amazing book to movie translation I have seen in some time. Although they tweaked some parts, the overall theme of the movie was the same. The acting was quite good as well, which was one of my main concerns. As many of you who have seen Twilight, know what I am talking about. For those of you who haven’t, I have one name for you… Kristen Stewart.nnWell, don’t worry folks, Shailene Woodley was spectacular and her chemistry with Theo James made the onscreen relationship very believable. From bit parts to leading roles, it was fantastic. I highly recommend seeing this movie because I guarantee it will meet all of your expectations and then some.nnAnd stay tuned because they have already started writing the script for Insurgent!nnThe Fatal Siren
