All-American Rejects to Headline Fandom Party at SDCC!

Fandom is heading back to San Diego for its 8th annual Comic-Con bash — and it’s going to be a big one. Seriously… It is going to be EPIC!

The party’s going down on July 24 at FLOAT, the rooftop bar at the Hard Rock Hotel, with The All-American Rejects headlining the night. Yep, you’ll be able to sing along to hits like “It Ends Tonight” and “Gives You Hell” under the stars in beautiful San Diego.

This year’s event is packed with cool stuff, including a first-look inside Universal’s brand-new Epic Universe, which I am also super excited about. You can check out activations inspired by all five worlds — Celestial Park, How To Train Your Dragon’s Isle of Berk, the Wizarding World’s Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, and the spooky Dark Universe. Think immersive experiences straight from Universal Orlando’s newest park. Which one do you think will be my fave?

Gamers, there’s something cool for us. You’ll get to step into a gritty, post-apocalyptic setup inspired by Bandai Namco’s upcoming game “Code Vein II.” I played the first one and had fun so I am looking forward to thsi as well. There’s even a life-sized version of the game’s Motorcycle Forma for the perfect photo op. I really hope I get to take a pic with this!!!

Finally, there will be a cute themed scavenger hunt and some other silly activations hosted by none other than The Elf on the Shelf (yes, really). I can’t wait to see what this is all about.

The party kicks off at 7 p.m., so get there early and soak it all in.

Comic-Con itself runs from July 24–27 at the San Diego Convention Center — but this party is definitely one you won’t want to miss.

Stay tuned and when I get ore details I will be sure to post them.
